1. Your rights at a glance

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK GDPR if you are in the United Kingdom, you have these rights over the personal data we hold about you:

RightWhat it means

Erasure (Art. 17)Have your data deleted when we no longer have a valid reason to keep it.
Restriction (Art. 18)Ask us to pause using your data, for example while we check its accuracy.

2. How to make a request

  1. Email info@transaxisgroup.com with "Data protection request" in the subject, or message us on WhatsApp +420 728 488 328 or Telegram @transaxisgroup.
  2. Tell us which right you want to use and, if possible, which data or shipment it concerns.
  3. Use the email or phone number linked to your account so we can match your request. If we cannot verify who you are, we may ask for more information.

You can also make a request by phone on +44 7832 620690. We will confirm it in writing.

3. What happens next

4. When a right may not apply

Some rights are limited by law. For example, we cannot delete shipment, customs or tax records that we must keep for a set period, or information needed for a legal claim or a sanctions check. If we cannot fully meet a request, we will explain why.

5. People in the UK

If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR may also apply when we offer you our services. You have the same rights listed above, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

6. Withdrawing consent and marketing

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. To stop news about our routes, reply "unsubscribe" to any message or tell us through any contact channel above. Service messages about your shipments will continue while a booking is active.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz, to the authority in your EU country, or in the UK to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
